What if I feel my cat doesn’t need a visit every day and I think once every two days is fine?
This is something we strongly recommend against. It’s not in our duty of care and can have serious consequences for your cat. Your cat needs social interaction and a lot can happen in 24 hours. Doing a visit even once in 24 hours allows us to check on the health and wellbeing of your cat. Which is of uttermost importance.
How do I know my home security is paramount?
We are all disclosure checked and do not share your personnel information about you or your home, any pictures we limit background images and we do not post pictures when you are away. We are also fully insured you can view our paperwork at the meet and greet. It is your home, and we respect that. We do a meet and great where I (Jillian) strive to meet every client face to face as well as kitty so we can all meet each other, and you can view all paperwork.
What are the key arrangements?
On the initial meet and great we will pick up the key then when we have completed visits the key can either be posted through the letter box, returned in person if you rather we held onto it in the event of any delays so you have peace of mind your cat will still be looked after or you can request it be kept on file. Please always note your key is secure with us.
What happens if my cat becomes ill when I’m away?
We are experienced pet owners and sitters; we keep an eye out for anything that may seem out of character and will let you know. If your cat requires a vet visit, we will endeavour to contact your own vet but in the unlikely situation we cannot contact them we will use our discretion to contact another vet.
